ESD PCB magazine racks G6801–G6805: 50 PCBs per rack, 50–250 mm adjustable width (50–460 mm wide racks), 10 mm slot pitch, 80/120/200 °C grades, CE + RoHS.

Two aluminium-frame ESD PCB magazine racks with black slot strips

Move 50 PCBs between machines in one lift.

ESD PCB magazine racks for loaders, unloaders and line transfer: 50 boards per standard rack, adjustable PCB width, clip or screw adjustment and temperature grades up to 200 °C.

Volume-conductive polypropylene sidewalls and a metal frame keep boards static-safe from placement to packing.

How boards get damaged between machines

Every unsupported hand-carry between machines is a scratch, a dropped panel or an ESD event.

  • Hand-carrying PCBs: Fifty boards means fifty trips and fifty touch points.
  • Static at the worst moment: Ordinary plastic trays insulate and generate charge.
  • Wrong width, jammed loader: A magazine that does not match the board width causes stuck extractions.
  • Racks by the oven: Standard magazines deform near reflow output or in warm cleaning.
  • Audit findings: Non-dissipative containers between machines are an ESD non-conformance.

Four rack builds, one ESD-safe core — Feature, Advantage, Benefit

Choose the build that matches the process.

Type A: Galvanised steel, clip adjust

Everyday line-side rack.

  • Feature: Galvanised steel frame with ESD slot strips and clip adjusters; chassis 355 × 320 × 563, 460 × 400 × 563, 535 × 460 × 570 and 535 × 530 × 570 mm; 80 °C and 120 °C variants; 10-slot desktop size 355 × 320 × 163 mm.
  • Advantage: Clips move by hand, no tools.
  • Benefit: Changeover to a new panel width takes one operator under a minute.

Key points: Clip adjust · 4 chassis sizes · 80 / 120 °C

Type B: ESD PP, three temperature grades

All-polymer rack.

  • Feature: Anti-static polypropylene body in 80, 120 and 200 °C grades; 25-slot fine-pitch and belt-adjust variants.
  • Advantage: No exposed metal to scratch boards; the 200 °C grade holds its shape where standard magazines warp.
  • Benefit: One rack family covers benches, buffers and oven-side duty.

Key points: ESD PP · 80 / 120 / 200 °C · 25-slot option

Type C: Aluminium, screw adjust

SGS test report.

  • Feature: Aluminium alloy frame with PPE slot strips; chassis from 400 × 320 to 630 × 530 mm; 80 / 120 / 200 °C grades; screw adjustment locks the width.
  • Advantage: Screw-set slots do not drift under vibration; the 630 mm chassis carries the widest panels.
  • Benefit: Repeatable for years, with an SGS report for vendor qualification files.

Key points: Screw adjust · Up to 630 × 530 mm · SGS report

Type D: High-temperature aluminium

Oven-side duty.

  • Feature: All-aluminium frame and slots for sustained high-temperature service beside reflow output, curing ovens and heated cleaning.
  • Advantage: Aluminium neither melts nor generates static charge.
  • Benefit: Boards go from the hot end straight into a rack built for it.

Key points: Full aluminium · High-temp duty · Custom sizes

Frequently asked questions

How many PCBs does a rack hold?

50 on a standard rack; a 25-slot fine-pitch option is available.

What PCB widths can one rack carry?

The standard rack adjusts from 50 to 250 mm; wide racks such as the G6604 adjust from 50 to 460 mm. Slot pitch is 10 mm.

Which type fits my process temperature?

80 °C grade for bench and standard transfer, 120 °C for warm processes, 200 °C polymer or full-aluminium Type D for oven-side duty.

Clip or screw adjustment?

Clips re-set in seconds with no tools for frequent changeovers; screws lock the setting for high vibration or audited repeatability.

Are the racks certified?

The G6801–G6805 series carries a CE Certificate of Conformity and RoHS compliance per the IEC 62321 test series.
